I also support the proposal, the design looks nice and the building looks and sounds like a good asset for Auckland. I also think the comments about green roof enforcement are grossly overstated.

A few new green roofs on new buildings would have minimal impact compared to compulsory separation of storm-water and sewage in existing buildings. We separated ours some years back, it's not as if getting storm-water to the sea is that hard in most of central Auckland.
